As a somatic coach, I draw from various modalities of movement, sound and language, alongside the Resilience Toolkit. I share the Resilience Toolkit, an accessible approach and framework to learn about your own stress and relaxation states.
You will have a menu of mindfulness and movement practices to choose from.
This is meant to complement your existing tools and support systems.
This is slow motion work with potential for deep impacts as you practice regularly over time. The aim is to effort less and center comfort and connection to self and community.
The coaching sessions are meant to provide information, education and support.
The coaching and facilitation services are not therapy, trauma healing or a crisis service.
As with any exercise program, please consult your doctor before starting The Resilience Toolkit practice. If you have been approved to do basic physical exercise, you can safely do The Resilience Toolkit.

You are a tender hearted person who can’t always show it. Sometimes you might feel overwhelmed, exhausted or anxious by the world. Maybe you spend a lot of time in environments where it’s hard to catch your breath or bring your full self or slow down.
You want to build some supportive tiny habits in your life by including some body-based tools. You want to learn to settle your nervous system in a way that is comfortable so that you can show up for yourself and the people and things you most care about. You want to feel more authentic, connected and present in your day to day life.
Many of the tools are somatic, so it can be helpful if you have supportive practices in place for mind-body awareness and/or a curiosity to deepen those connections.
As a facilitator, I love to support folks navigating liminal spaces and folks who want to shine their authentic light on this earth.
I love to support performers, writers, creatives, leaders and organizers, caregivers, direct-service providers, marginalized identities in mainstream organizations. HSP’s (Highly Sensitive Persons), neurodiverse folks, empaths and changemakers.

This is not a good fit for a person that does not currently have the bandwidth or capacity to commit to attending sessions and trying out some new somatic (body-based) tools.
This is not a good fit for a person actively experiencing a mental health crisis.
The coaching services are not therapy, trauma healing or a crisis service.

Our nervous systems are in communication with each other.
I support people to self-regulate in times of high stress.
Self-regulation supports a sense of connection and allows for creativity and collaboration to flow more naturally.
Co-regulation has a ripple effect on ourselves that impacts the organizations and communities we belong to.
